03.01.2022 I heard on the news tonight that the Mackay Regional Council is considering cancelling Anzac Day again this year when there are zero cases of community transmission of Covid in Queensland. It was okay for Queensland to have tens of thousands of people at the AFL Grand Final and 50,000 people at State of Origin. Anzac Day is a national day to commemorate those who fought for the freedoms we have today. I think it is an insult to our vets
