04.02.2022 WE'RE BACK with a new look you have been sent an email with ALL you FAQS With the easing of lockdown restrictions in VIC, our gyms will reopen at 8am on ...Saturday 30 October, and your membership will be reactivated. Classes will be live in our NEW booking app on Monday with classes starting Wednesday The VIC Government reopening roadmap has outlined the following restrictions: Members must be double vaccinated to train in the gym QR codes must be used to check in on entry Masks must be worn when entering and exiting our clubs It is also important to wipe down all equipment after use and to follow COVID-Safe protocols when visiting our clubs. Please remember to be considerate and respectful towards our team as they follow the rules and guidelines of the VIC government. Membership billing will recommence on Monday 1 November.

25.01.2022 COVID-19 HYGIENE UPDATE Due to recent changes in government restrictions, face masks are mandatory again indoors. Please ensure you are wearing your face mask indoors at all times at any of our clubs. You may only remove your face mask if you are working out at a high intensity. 24.01.2022 Due to current restrictions, your gym visit will look a little different: All classes and visits must be booked via the Pinnacle Studios App or Pinnacle Health Club app Members must bring a prefilled drink bottle, towel, yoga mat (if you are attending a mat class) and be wearing their face mask ... Members may only remove their masks when exerting themselves strenuously during a class or exercise Classes are staggered so more members can attend their classes so please do not hang around after your classes (as much as we're all so excited to see you!) Lastly please be mindful of others when training and maintain a social distance of 1.5m at all times. We can't wait to see more of our members return to the club this week!

21.01.2022 Ricc joined the Pinnacle community in early January and struggled with motivation as he tried going at it on his own. He joined to the 6WC and hasn’t looked back! Ricc won best male for his efforts in the challenge, and most recently the coaches award for his continued commitment to the Locker Room since the challenge!! Congratulations Ricc Maddy encouraged me to join up to the 6-week challenge. Put simply, loved it! Exactly what I needed; a team environment with tea...m encouragement. Immediately felt part of a team no matter the fitness level; from a beginner (like me) to those fitness fanatics! I attend 4 classes a week and have definitely seen an improvement in my health. To the trainers, although I may curse your name during the class, by the end of it I am appreciative of your commitment and encouragement to all. To those who need that extra push, strongly encourage you to consider being part of the Locker Room family -Ricc Proud of you, Ricc!!

I do a lot of Pilates, and have for years. It was particularly helpful for me when I was dancing professionally. At the moment I go between Pilates classes, long walks with my dogs, HIIT classes and sometimes I still dance around in my living room when I feel the urge! I try to change it up so that I stay motivated and excited to exercise

Reformer studios have increased to 12 people per class [Note: our COVID Safety Measures are still in place- please wear a face mask when attending any of our studios and ensure you bring a sweat towel!] ... Coaches and the clubs staff are expectational, making you feel comfortable at all times. Classes are fun and challenging and very easy to book because it’s all on the Pinnacle Studio app! 07.01.2022 MEMBER UPDATE We are SO EXCITED to announce that following Dan Andrew’s recent announcement, we have made a few more changes to your gym experience So what does that mean for our clubs? 1 All classes are back INDOORS- no need to worry about that Melbourne weather!... 2 No gym visit bookings needed (however you still need to book your classes) 3 Increased capacity in Locker Room sessions as well as group fitness 4 Gym visit + 1 class per day is allowed (bookings will still remain for classes) 5 Showers and water fountains are available again for members We look forward to seeing more of our members back in our clubs very soon!
