20.01.2022 As of today’s Government announcement, Pinnacle Health Club will officially close for the 5 Day Lockdown. This includes all classes and gym access from Saturday 13/02/2021 to Wednesday classes 17/02/2021. We aim to reopen for Thursday 18/02/2021 but we will keep a close eye on all Government announcements & let you know of any changes as soon as possible. ... Your membership is safe- all memberships will be credited during this time. We will keep all of our members up to date as new updates regarding Government restrictions arise. 19.01.2022 MEMBER UPDATE We are SO EXCITED to announce that following Dan Andrew’s announcement on Sunday 8th of November, the next easing of restrictions will come into play from midnight the 22nd of November! So what does that mean for our clubs? 1 All Locker Room sessions are moving back indoors- no need to worry about that Melbourne weather!... 2 Greater capacity for gym workouts (however you will need to continue to book your sessions) 3 Increased capacity in Locker Room sessions 4 Gym workout + a class per day will be allowed once again (bookings will still remain for both gym workouts + classes!) 5 Showers and water fountains will be available again for members We look forward to seeing more of our members back in our clubs very soon!

12.01.2022 EXCITING ANNOUNCEMENT Due to further clarification regarding 1.5m distancing in Pilates and Yoga classes, we can now increase our capacities in Wellness classes! Reformer studios have increased to 12 people per class Yoga studios have also increased to 12 people per class... [Note: our COVID Safety Measures are still in place- please wear a face mask when attending any of our studios and ensure you bring a sweat towel!] We look forward to seeing more of you in the studio soon!
12.01.2022 DONATE TO THE SMITH FAMILY APPEAL THIS CHRISTMAS For the past 3 years we have collected gifts for the Smith Family Christmas appeal at each of our clubs and donated a truck load of gifts thanks to the continued generosity of our members. Due to COVID in Victoria, this year we aren’t able to donate physical gifts, so the Smith Family will be providing digital vouchers to kids instead.... 12.01.2022 Looking for a post-workout meal or weekend brunch recipe? We have the solution from Lizzy Crouch HOLY BANANA PANCAKES (serves 1) 1 banana 12 tsp ground cinnamon 12 tbsp almond butter 2 eggs... 1 tbsp coconut oil for the topping: 12 cup (70g) frozen strawberries or berries of your choice 1 tsp balsamic vinegar 1. Put the banana, cinnamon, almond butter and eggs in a blender. Blend until well mixed and a little fluffy. 2. Heat a large pan over medium heat and add the coconut oil. Once hot, slowly pour the pancake mixture into the pan (about 9cm/3 inches across). When bubbles start to form on the top of the surface, flip the pancakes and cook through the second side. 3. For the topping, defrost the strawberries in the microwave for 30 seconds until soft (you can also do this in a pot if you prefer). Add the balsamic vinegar and mix well using the back of a fork. Topping should be sauce-like. Serve with any toppings you enjoy!

Sneak in these leafy goodies without them even knowing with this smoothie recipe from Lizzy Crouch HIDE THE GREENS SMOOTHIE 12 cup (85g) natural macadamia nuts 212 cups (625ml) filtered water... 1 cup (130g) frozen raspberries (or another frozen berry) 1 frozen banana 5-6 large kale (Tuscan cabbage) leaves 12 small beetroot, peeled METHOD 1 Soak macadamia nuts and water in a blender for 15 30 minutes to help soften the nuts. 2 Add the rest of the ingredients and blend on high for 90 seconds or until smooth. 3 Add water as required to reach your desired consistency. Garnish with mint leaves or frozen berries

01.01.2022 RE-OPENING ANNOUNCEMENT In line with easing of restrictions from tonight, we are very excited to announce our clubs will re-open from tomorrow, Thursday 18th February The health and safety of our members and staff is our top priority.... Face masks are mandatory when visiting any of our clubs and must be worn at all times No towel, no workout. Sweat towels can also be purchased from reception. 1.5m social distancing rules still apply We cannot thank you all enough for your support We look forward to seeing you all soon!
