24.01.2022 Last night saw a series of unfortunate events.. As a business owner of a small family business, it's something that churns away in your stomach and breaks your heart into tiny little pieces. We work long hours, never take a day off, we see 365 days of the year in our kitchen even working Christmas Day. We rarely have bad feed back and when we do we take it seriously and into consideration of the customer and our services we provide. Our codes are up to scratch, our council... visits are met approvingly. After 15 years in our trade at our local establishment we are happy and proud with our food product. Last night was an encounter we have met before with one said individual. This said individual does not like us and many occasion has tried and tested us and put us through grief. Making false claims and in the beginning we accepted and proved the "customer is always right" theory. These occasions have spanned over the last few years. Rarely making a pick up order, usually always a delivery. So once the pizzas are out of sight the problems began. In obvious search of free pizzas as the outcome. As a young female there is only so much abuse you can take from a customer who is persistent to get their way. As previously said, we are a family business and our father is here by our side day in day out. At this present time my father is being slammed and slandered on social media due to the rath of this said man and the havoc he has caused. This man is unethical and his actions and statements are untrue. We do not have a pest control problem. We do not have a cockroach problem. We do not have a rat problem. This man has become a serial problem to our business and it is unorthodox as this man is also a small business owner in the same industry which questions his motives for his previous and most current actions. At the point in time of his social media posts, he has managed to convinced a number of people to no longer buy from us and turned them away with staged pictures of our pizza. He has also managed to get a handful of people known to him to give bad recommendations on our business page. It saddens me that so quickly people are ready to jump on board and falsely judge without all the facts. This is bullying. This is abuse. This is slander. This is detrimental to our business and I will not stand for anyone acting this way. It is undeserving and this person and his followers should be ashamed. Today I go into business as a fresh day and hope our real, true and loyal customers continue to stand by us and support a local family business doing their job as we also do throughout the community.
