25.01.2022 Congrats to our amazing Josh for winning his U105kg division at the STATIC MONSTERS - STRONG MAN COMPETITION! ... Josh had a few tasks ... including a 245kg Dead-Lift (thats 3 Brodie Cohens!) So ... come along this Sat night to enjoy great Speedway (our last event this year) and pop over to the bar to say Hi! Were so very proud of him!

25.01.2022 Legend / Crazy Award goes to HAGAN CAMPBELL, who competed in all three classes on Sat night - Sidecars (swinging for Scott Christopher) / Solos / Stockbikes! Thats 15 races over 5 rounds + the Sidecar Repechage and Sidecar A Final ... both of which they won! (Bet youre sore today! )

ABSOL...UTELY! - I can see why so many of the current American stars started in Outlaws. So much fun to drive and a challenge as they are totally overpowered and you feel like the limit is you. They are sensitive to driver input so you are working continuously. See more

20.01.2022 Pioneer Park Speedway 2nd Nov. Will see 15 of the Norths quickest Formula 500s fine tuning their setups in preparation for the 2020 QLD FORMULA 500 TITLE to b...e held at the Brandon track next May. Some of the drivers will also be looking for a strong performance as they ready themselves to take on AUSTRALIAS BEST at the upcoming AUSSIE TITLE to be held at Simpson Speedway Victoria 19-21Dec 2019. They will then be competing in the Victorian Speedweek Series of 6 nights of racing over 8 days starting on the 27 Dec. After a last meeting in Cairns Feature win, 17 year old Cairns driver Brodie Davis will have speed to burn and looks forward to challenging Kaydon Iverson on his home track. These 2 drivers are definitely worth the price of admission to see them go wheel to wheel. 19.01.2022 UPDATE ON OUR BEAUTIFUL YARNIE Day 3 She is still in ICU but this morning sedation was completely turned off, she has taken baby steps all day by breathing ...on her own (with the breathing tubes still in for precautionary measures ). She is squeezing our hands, just not on command. She is still very drowsy n hasnt woken up yet, so they cant remove the breathing tubes until she is alert. Hopefully she will progress through the night and show more improvements in the morning . More xrays are being scheduled for her left hand, left foot and stomach and they think she may have a chest infection Please keep praying for our beautiful princess See more

As most of you are well a...ware, this partnership are big enthusiasts of Speedway and have huge ideas planned for the future to ensure that everyone who attends ie riders/drivers/crew & most importantly the general public will all leave Pioneer Park having had a wow of a time. Deon & Tony are looking forward to kicking off as soon as the COVID-19 restrictions are lifted. We wish them much success & good times ahead ...

13.01.2022 Hi all. Its with very careful consideration that we have had to postpone our next two meetings . The Street Sedan meeting on the 18th of April and the Formula 500 title on 2nd May have both been postponed to dates yet to be decided. As Im sure you can all appreciate its not something that we wanted to do but with the current government restrictions on gatherings we are left with no choice. Thank you all for your patience and understanding during these trying times and we will bring you updates as they become available.

11.01.2022 Not long now guys and girls. Pioneer Park Speedway fires up tomorrow night for the Dans Automotive Cup for Modified Production Sedans. We can have just over 3000 people at the venue in total so make sure you come early . See you all trackside .

Sunday 26th July 10am to 4pm for cars $50 . Bikes please register through Ridernet. We will be running under the Covid safe industry plan so please observe social distancing and hand sanitising etc.... You can now stand at the bar and have a drink while you are watching the action . No more sitting down . Plenty of room and plenty of tickets at the gate , come and enjoy a great night of racing.

08.01.2022 Congrats to all classes that competed at last nights awesome Dans Automotive - Modified Productions Cup. The Modified Productions Feature Final was chaotic and full of carnage! The race was cut short, due to two cars being locked together and unable to even be moved from the track!... The declared podium finishers were: 1st - Adam Jorgensen 2nd - Jason Boss 3rd - Shane Stewart 4th - Darren Servers Thank you to our incredible Announcer, Todd Martin and to our dedicated Officials, Firies and our Family and Friends.

04.01.2022 As many of you know there was a serious accident during the go kart race meet at lockyer valley speedway today. Unfortunately it was our little girl kiyarna. I...t took 2.5 hrs to stabilize her enough to be air lifted from the track to the hospital. She has taken a massive trauma hit to her head when her kart rode up the wall and she smashed her head into a steel pole and the edge of cement wall. She got a 10cm long laceration down to her skull across her hairline. The trauma caused her to seizure and become unconscious for the whole time. She is currently sedated and has many tubes coming out of her and has been moved to intensive care. Where she will be in sedation for 24hrs and will be monitored 24/7 to keep an eye on any swelling on the brain. The CT scan has come back with small amounts of blood in her brain fluid and bruising. We wont know of what damage this has caused until she wakes up. She has broken her shoulder blade also. At this stage they are only focusing on her head trauma before runinng other tests. We would firstly like to thank the first on scene variety bash emergency crew , ambulance paramedics , and rescue #lifeflight crew and staff at the hospital for the amazing care they have given yarnie so far. Its a bloody scary thing seeing your child laying there on the track. Also want to thank everyone for the messages offering support for us , we really appreciate it so much and are feeling the love from you all. If everyone can please keep yarnie in their thoughts and pray for a speedy recovery please. 02.01.2022 WE ARE BACK In a welcome return to racing we are proud to announce that the Dans Automotive Cup for Modified Production Sedans will be held on Saturday 12th of September . It will be full fields of racing with support classes Super Street Sedans , Formula 500 , Formula 400 , Formula 250 and SKAA Karts Jnr and Snr . As we will be operating under a Covid safe industry plan , social distancing must be observed so there will be restrictions on the number of spectators allowe...d into the venue . To avoid disappointment get there early , gates will be open from 2 . Kiosks and the bar will be operating so come along and enjoy some tasty food , a couple of coldies and some top notch racing . 01.01.2022 UPDATE ON OUR BEAUTIFUL YARNIE Day 12 & 13 As each day goes by more of Kiyarnas bubbly personality shines through and she is talking a lot more. Still very ...up & down with emotions as can be expected. Yesterday all stitches came out except i noticed one they forgot today so it will be removed tomorrow. They also did more xrays of her right arm due to being in a lot of pain & not being able to use it. Just waiting on results to come back. She took a few steps with physio for the first time and did really well. Today her feeding tube came out which she is so happy about as it was giving her so much grief. She walked a bit further than yesterday which the physiotherapist were very impressed with. She is one very strong determined girl improving everyday.

Gates will be opening at 2pm as everyone will need to complete the Covid Attendance Register . If you want to save time on arrival print and complete the form below and hand it in at the gate . We are running under the Sport Australia Covid safe industry plan so please observe the 4 square metre social distancing rule and regular hand sanitising . 01.01.2022 EVENT CANCELLED Unfortunately we have made the decision to cancel the upcoming meeting on the 21st of November due to lack of nominations from the F500's . This decision was not made lightly as a lot of organisation , time and expense has already gone into it . Our priority is to give our sponsors and more importantly our spectators great entertainment and value for money . With the small number of competitors this would not have been achievable . We apologise to those competitors and divisions who did nominate and look forward to promoting some great events with some exciting new divisions in the near future .
