22.01.2022 Introducing paralegal extraordinaire .... Bailey Bourke! Bailey joined Piper Ellis in 2018, after moving to Darwin from her home town in NSW. She is in her fourth year of a double degree of a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of International Studies. Bailey completed her first three years of study at the University of Wollongong before transferring to Charles Darwin University to graduate in 2019. Bailey is a very bright and capable paralegal, and we welcome her to our team.

07.01.2022 Piper Ellis’ Vegan Cooking Lunch #2! Our first vegan cooking lunch was such a success, we decided to try it a second time. A great effort from half the office, unfortunately the other half of the office forgot - see Bill’s leftover fruit salad from Saturday . Things we learned from today’s lunch:... 1. You can make bbq pulled pork out of jackfruit. 2. Brussel sprouts CAN be delicious. 3. Kurt’s Cakes vegan cupcakes taste EVEN BETTER than non-vegan cupcakes. We can’t wait for the next VCL! 06.01.2022 PEL welcomes Paralegal Eliza Barker to our fabulous team. Eliza is a dedicated and conscientious Paralegal who joined the Piper Ellis team in January 2018. She has over 5 years’ combined legal and administration experience working in both private and government sectors within New South Wales and the Northern Territory. In 2013 she completed a Diploma and Certification IV in Business Administration through TAFE NSW. Eliza hopes to pursue and further develop her knowledge and skills within legal practice management. We are very lucky to have her on the PEL team!
