17.01.2022 Homemade berry and maple syrup icecream I know you still want to enjoy life this festive season, so how about making a few swaps or trying homemade treats where you can control the ingredients? This icecream is absolutely divine and made from 1 tin organic coconut milk 1/4 cup maple syrup ... 1/2 cup organic frozen berries A dash of vanilla extract Blend the coconut milk, syrup and vanilla until combined, then add the berries. Freeze for 4+ hours. A few other swaps in your life to try this Jan so you start to regain your health goals: Any choc for 85% dark chocolate Tonic for soda water Cocktails for gin or vodka Potato Chips for homemade sweet potato chips (extra bonus if you have an air fryer!) Sausages for lamb chops Pasta for edamame spaghetti Rice for cauli-rice Get rid of anything in the house you can’t stop snacking on (lollies, choccies, biccies) and swap to fresh summer fruits - Natural sugars with fibre for gut health for the whole family. And drink 2 glasses of water before every meal or snack to fill you up and hydrate you!
