07.01.2022 Since being voted into power in 2011 the NSW Liberal Government has made considerable changes to the NSW Workers Compensation Scheme, the Victims of Crime Scheme and have sought to change the compensation scheme supporting people who have suffered Motor Vehicle Accidents. Currently there are now further proposals to again change the Workers Compensation system as well as major changes to Motor Accidents claims. The last round of changes has taken away entitlements that ma...ny people who need and are eligible for compensation. The Personal Injury Reform Party aims to stop any further erosion of people’s rights and to review the previous changes to make the system fairer. WE NEED YOUR HELP.
