25.01.2022 My newest student Kalliopi Kosmidis,9 years of age, only 6 sessions in and displaying a wonderful understanding, great skill and most importantly, having fun practicing Jeet Kune Do! My dear friend Elias Kosmidis asked if his daughter Kalliopi could start some training to help with her with self confidence, courage and personal development, along with the other benefits martial arts can bring. To see her come so far in such a short time, im excited to what the future holds for this wonderful youngster. And feel very honoured and privileged for you to allow me to teach her Elias!
