24.01.2022 A screenshot of the last 7 days for a new client's Google Ads ecommerce campaign. For every $1 spent they're receiving $7 back (Australian owner selling in USD ). Taking $363 and turning it into $2551. Try asking the bank for similar returns from any investment and you'll be left with a blank stare

21.01.2022 "Google Ads is too expensive"......or is it . Imagine spending 1.82k in 7 days and generating 21.3k in sales ($11.74 Return for every $1 spent). I can pull out examples like this one for days.... But because of the perceived "expense".... Everyone is flocking to Facebook Ads. Which only means one thing.... ...It's going to get massively more expensive. Now I'm not saying you should ignore either. I love Facebook and Google Ads. If it's profitable and thriving, why would you stop? But don't let other people's opinions (or your previous results) turn you away from what could be one of the most profitable channels you can find.

17.01.2022 In the current market, do you continue to market your business and spend.... Or do you switch everything off, lay low and wait? This is a question I'm getting asked almost daily.... And in my firm belief there's absolutely zero reason right now that would indicate that you should stop spending on your marketing. In fact, it's the opposite. (Sure, of course a marketing agency would say that.) The truth is that some businesses will thrive in this period. Like our client Daniel who has literally tripled his monthly revenue in one and a half months (Health food space). Others will need to do whatever they need to do to survive. But that shouldn't mean simply waving the white flag. Take a look at the screenshot for example, that's over 34 leads generated since Friday (for our client on Facebook).... For a mere $560 dollar ad spend. I'd take that in a "normal" market let alone the current. One of the fortunate advantages I have is to watch a diverse range of industries and how they react. Across all of my customers I'm continuing to see strong sales and leads generated. Ecommerce sales continue to roll in and have strong days. Sure, some industries have been hit harder than others (read: event sector). And we all need to do what we can to support these businesses. No business gets left behind so to speak. Let's look for the opportunities which inevitably this market will create.

13.01.2022 Are you struggling to generate new customers for your business? It's that eerie silence and empty inbox that you wake up to every day. Some days it feels like you could offer your services free and still feel like nothing would change.... Sound like you? Don't worry, you're not alone. In fact, of all the businesses I speak with, most would say that generating new customers would be in their top 5 business problems right now (hint: for most it's #1). I've heard it all too... "The economy is bad right now" "North Korea is impacting our leads" (seriously!) "Real estate is not selling" While some of that might be true, it's more often than not simply an excuse.. ..for what you should be doing, but you're not. What business owners often don't realise is that they should be the face of their business. Your knowledge and experience allows you to produce high value content. Content = Value... Value = Trust.... Trust = Customers. Content is one of your best weapons. It's like a magnet to your ideal customers. In fact, with the right kind of content, marketing your business in new ways can become incredibly cost effective. In today's video I speak about three highly cost effective ways to market your business (without spending too much of your time). If you're struggling for customers right now, this is for you.

09.01.2022 "Those Days Are Gone...". That's a comment I received on one of our Facebook Ads recently. It was made in regards to Google Ads....... ...And that it's no longer a source of cost effective leads or sales. It's become a common misconception that the best days of Google Ads are behind it. Businesses continue to flock to Facebook due to it's perception as being more "cost effective" channel. Yet so many businesses I speak with have tried Facebook and failed. Hint: It's because they are targeting cold prospects the same way they were targeting red hot prospects on Google Ads. Which simply doesn't work. Don't get me wrong, FB is great too.... ...But Google Ads is intent driven. When someone searches for "home cleaner sydney", we know they are in hunt mode. Wallet out so to speak. We can also be more direct about our sale and offer. We don't need a fancy funnel to convert. It's why you'll expect to pay more per click when targeting these types of terms. Some industries have become very expensive (read: Plumbers & Digital Agencies). But for most, it's one of the most cost effective channels you can market on right now. But what happens if your cost per clicks are high? Just recently one of our clients was seeing a high cost per conversion ($100+) and $25 average CPCs. Which meant we had to change things up. We used the exact strategy I outline in the video to take a $25 cost per click down to an $8 cost per click. While lowering our cost per lead down to $45 dollars from $100+. Amazingly enough, our conversion rate increased from 12% up to 20%. And we received higher volumes of leads. A night and day difference. There's a few tricks to it though. I explain in the video if you're interested.
