06.01.2022 HEATPACK heating You can put half a cup of water in Spray with water ( just a few sprays) Use an essential oil spray... ...just to moisten it, as moist heat works better for healing, soothing those aches and pains 3-4 mins on high ( depending upon the power of your microwave. Do a few tests) Sometimes you wont feel how hot at first. You can heat for up too 6mins for the bigger heatpacks.
