01.01.2022 As of this week we will be advising all our agents on our new procedures for photographing and filming properties. 1: Vendors are NOT to be present when we conduct shoots either for photography or for filming. 2: All lights to be turned on before we attend the shoot. 3: The property must be in neat and tidy condition ready for photography or filming so we don’t need to touch anything in the home. This includes clearing bathrooms of any and all personal items. 4: fans and air ...conditioning units to be turned off 1 hour before we arrive. Apparently as per medical advice micro droplets from sneezing etc can circulate in rooms. Turning these items off will allow then to fall to the ground. 5: Any door handles we need to touch will be sanitized before we leave the property. This is for the well-being and safety of our vendors and ourselves. If this cannot be done then we will have to reschedule for a later date. See more
