While we are limited with our dine in capacity, we hope this means you can still enjoy some top quality Italian produce cooking at home, and our regular takeout and delivery continues. While its a bit cold for outdoor dining on Brisbane street right now this is a great initiative to help restaurants get back up and running in a safe way.

17.01.2022 EXCITING NEWS! Bookings are now open for this weekend for dinner! friday-sunday from 5pm We have a limited capacity of 10 people and therefore have very limited booking times and need to limit the maximum numbers of diners in a group to 6 people. ... Bookings can be made for any time between 5pm - 6pm, and then after 8.30pm. Between these times, if we have availability, we will be running walk-ins and/ or waitlist. All tables have a maximum seating time of 90 minutes. We realise these limits may be frustrating, but with such strict capacity limits, we want to ensure we can get as many loyal customers in, while ensuring a COVID-SAFE environment. Unfortunately we will not be offering our all you can eat menu, but rather an ala carte style menu. What we are doing to ensure dining with us will keep you and our staff COVID-safe: All groups will be at least 1.5 meters away from others Staff will be trained in line with industry COVID-SAFE procedures. Including washing hands regularly, reducing contact with customers to the minimum, and staying 1.5 metres away where possible. There will be no shared condiments. These will be on request. There will be no shared tap water bottles. All glasses, plates and cutlery will be cleared and washed in commercial grade equipment. Table tops, chairs and menus will be sanitised after each seating. We are operating a contactless card only payment policy Hand sanitizer will be available upon entry and must be applied. We ask you to enjoy your meal without feeling rushed, but please let us seat others once you are finished. We ask you remain seated and ask for the bill at the end of you meal to ensure that there is not clustering around entry/ exit points. By doing all of the above we hope that we can reduce the risk of any spread of CVID-19 within our community, Your support so far has been amazing, and while these limits make it very hard to operate as a restaurant, we cant wait to welcome you all back soon.

02.01.2022 WE ARE A REGISTERED COVID SAFE BUSINESS The team at @pizzaautentico is taking all the necessary precautions to ensure the safety of our customers and staff during these difficult times. We have strict COVID cleaning checklists including sanitising tables and chairs for customers, along with regular cleaning of high touch areas in the venue. We have clear signage and have created the required COVID safe plan. Seating around our large (1.5m wide) communal table are space...d at least 1.5m distance from others and our second floor space has room for more guests also well spaced. Management have completed registered COVID training courses. We currently have contactless menus via QR codes on the table if you wish, and wipe all laminated menus after each use with sanitiser. No shared condiments or water bottles on the tables. All customers are required to scan a QR code to check in, and show the staff. We will continue to provide our contactless takeaway and home delivery service if you would rather stay home. Customers can order and pay online and call when outside the venue or enjoy contact free delivery from the team @lovelocal_sydney . We are registered as a COVID Safe business under NSW Health.
