09.01.2022 Ciao All, As youve probably seen last night, we have gone into Stage 1 of lockdowns to ensure we stop the spread of COVID-19. This new stage DOES affect us here at Pizzeria La Prima, so for the time being, we will have a different way of operating. As it explains, we are still allowed to function as a TAKEAWAY outlet. This means the following changes will be made:... - No Dine In for the time being. If anyone has any bookings in place for the next month, we will unfortunately need to be cancelling these. - No Dine In means NO PASTA. We will have to stop our pasta menu until Dine in is reinstated. The only pasta available will be our lasagne which has always been available for takeaway. Coming into these times, we still dont want to sacrifice the quality and presentation of our fresh pasta by converting them to takeaway. So as much as it pains us to say it: NO PASTA. Our operating of taking orders will be changing too, as well as method of pickup: - We will only be taking phone orders. No walk in orders will be available for the time being. This reduces the amount of people entering the store even more, and means we can keep an order of things within the restaurant. - We will no longer be taking CASH. All purchases must be made via EFT. We have a portable EFT system which means we can bring it outside for you to pay as you are collecting your pizzas. - We will have some chairs set up outside for people waiting for pickup (Set the appropriate 1.5m apart), as we will be restricting access to the inside of the store. This helps us to maintain any spread that could occur through customers, helps us to maintain following the guidelines set by the government, and keeps our customers and our staff safe. So, after you have placed your order and been given a time frame, when you arrive to collect your pizzas, please WAIT OUTSIDE. We will be monitoring outside and keeping track of the arrival of customers, and our staff will come out to meet you, rather than you coming inside. We would also like to remind you we do have MENULOG DELIVERY, so if youd rather not risk coming out, you can still order from there. We will continue to keep you all updated regularly on any changes occurring, and thank you guys as always for your never ending support! If you have any questions, please feel free to send them through! WE CAN DO THIS!

02.01.2022 Ciao guys, We just wanted to take the time to reassure you guys we are on top and working around this Corona Virus. While we havent been affected as of yet, it doesnt mean that it wont come to this area. We want everyone to know that we are actively working to help out. We are doubling down on our usual health and safety practices in store. This means: - We are doubling down on sanitising all spaces that are high touch zones, from the kitchen to the tables, to the doors. E...verything is all being cleaned and 100% sanitised triple what we normally do. - We are doubling down on our staff, and ourselves, and ensuring we all are aware and in the know about the dos and donts related to the virus, ensuring that if they come in contact with it outside of work, they know not to come in where it could affect us all. - We are also ensuring all our stock delivery and anyone else visiting are all safe. - Our washing liquids, bench sprays, and floor cleaner are all 100% approved by council to use in our store, which means they kill 100% of germs, and are all completely food safe at the same time. We also want to re-advise you guys that in the case you dont want to risk coming out, or are in self-isolation/quarantine, but cant wait the 14 days for one our pizzas, we do still have Menulog delivery, that delivers to do the door. If you are in this situation, there is the option to note to Leave At the Door, which will also help stop the spread, but will ensure you still get your dinner! As we said, while we havent been affected yet, doesnt mean we cant guarantee it wont in the near future. Its an unpredictable and fast spreading virus. You are our priority and we will not put any of you in danger just for our business, so if there is even the slightest chance it comes near our business, we will quarantine and sanitise and scrub and be back up running as soon as it is safely possible for you guys and for us.
