25.01.2022 Our Dear PJ Burns Family! This week has been stressful and heartbreaking for a lot of people. This is not the time for us to panic but to come together as one, work together and make new plans; Right now the important thing is to take all precautions to keep ourselves, our loved ones and the community safe. PJ Burns is open and operating However there are a few points you need to be well aware of:... - Our dedicated staff are providing ongoing service and support via phone and email; we are available, we can also conduct meetings via video conference. Internally we are also safeguarding our workflow. - We kindly ask that you phone our office to discuss any possibility of office or site meetings before visiting our team so we can coordinate the appropriate safety measures. - We have measures in place to help protect the well being of our clients, staff, subcontractors and suppliers, who’s health and safety are our utmost priority. - Our supervisors are here to coordinate and maintain safe site practices during this time, ensuring that there are minimal trades onsite at any onetime. At this point in time there will be no delays however we are monitoring the situation. - To our future clients, even from a distance we are here to help you build your dream home, and can remotely assist you through your building journey. - In the preconstruction stage, it is possible to take a home from start to contract without any contact with our clients. Obviously however there will be a few small items they will need confirmation in person after the issue has subsided. When the issue has subsided and we will make every attempt to get things back on track as soon as possible, hopefully, with a home ready to be built as to avoid any lost time. - During the construction stage, we are bound by the restrictions that the government imposes on us. We are communicating with all of our suppliers and tradies in order to react to the situation as it changes and also to plan ahead with a level of contingency and caution. We are dedicated to making the best decisions possible based on the advice we have. We shall continue to follow government decisions and inform you of all updates accordingly. When changes are issued by the government (including possible lockdown) we are prepared. We will try the best we can to keep everyone well informed on what is going on. We thank you for your ongoing support as we navigate our way through this evolving situation. Remember that you are not alone in this! We’ll all get through this period together and well keep supporting each other to ensure we’re able to continue to bring your new home dreams to life.
