16.01.2022 Have you told your neighbours we will be working with machinery at your place. Thats our first question to our clients. With the usual response being "what does it matter to them". The truth is it really doesnt, but letting your neighbours know there will be trucks and machinery in their street or working next door can go a long way to keeping the peace. All too often we cop abuse from neighbouring properties for noise and parking in the street which could have easily been avoided by a simple conversation. This can also lead to unnecessary visits from shire rangers and tension between neighbours for extended periods of time. My advice is to tell people that might be affected, they dont have to like it but youve done all you can. You never know you might even strengthen relations with your neighbours.
