25.01.2022 Hey there So...this is a little late...like three days late...but better late than never right? Like this lonely little Christmas bauble, I'm standing out like sore toe right now by popping up on your feed to send you all the festive greetings you should have received long before now. For most of this year...like many of you I'm guessing...I've felt like I've been wandering aimlessly through the twilight zone, just waiting to spot the exit sign. Well, I obviously s...ailed right past the merging lane sign and missed the opportunity to join in with everyone else and wish you all a very Merry Christmas in a timely and appropriate fashion. So...a very belated Merry Christmas guys! I hope you all had a fabulous day filled with joy and gluttony, and anything else that makes your heart sing. Heaven knows...this is one year that we could all do with a bit of that. I hope to do a little better and beat the buzzer with my next message. I'll set the alarm for NYE. ;)

20.01.2022 It's that time of year again where we start to scramble to find those special goodies to go under the Christmas tree. In the run up to Christmas, the very talented handmaidens over at Australian Handmade: Designers' Den have been hard at work creating so many gorgeous products for the festive season. If you haven't joined us yet, why not pop on over and take a look? This week kicks off a three-week special event whereby group members have the opportunity to grab some amaz...ing handcrafted products at bargain prices. There's an auction currently underway but this will end next Saturday. If you love unique handcrafted items...anything from macrame, beaded and hand-sewn accessories to mouthwatering preserves and sauces, then you should pop on over and take a gander. 18.01.2022 HAPPY NEW YEAR! And so we say c'est la vie to a year that brought so much to so many...drought, bushfires and a pandemic. We've been introduced to lockdowns, quarantine, resource hoarding, food shortages, service delays, border closures, isolation, social distancing... We've watched long-standing businesses suffer tremendous loss with so many forced to close their doors, whilst new ones have emerged out of the ether to flourish. ... We've come to understand that uncertainty, angst, disbelief, confusion, fear and sadness now feature as a more prevalent part of our everyday range of emotions. The year no one was ever really prepared for has also taught us to be more resourceful, patient, vigilant, to be respectful of others' personal space and to value what we often take for granted...our freedom. So...let's all say 'Thanks 2020! It was one hell of a ride...but we'd all like to step off now.' Let's just kick this year to the curb and try our luck with a new one! Here's to 2021! May this new year receive a never-ending supply of 5-star reviews as the best one yet. Thank you all so much for your support of this little business over the past year...I am forever grateful.
