25.01.2022 We get it! Getting your car to and from a car service can be a huge inconvenience. Work finishes at 5pm but the service centre closes at 5pm and they want you to pick up your car before they close The service centre shuttle bus takes forever as it drops everyone off and you awkwardly sit next to a stranger ... It can take immense planning as you work out how you're going to get the car to the service, your kids to school and yourself to work all by 9am. It's one of the reasons we offer a 'Just Your Car' pick-up and drop off service. So how does it work? 1 Request a driver with the 'Just Your Car' option in the app. 2 Once you have been paired with a driver notify your mechanic that the listed driver will be dropping off your car/picking it up on your behalf. 3 Let the driver know what safe spot they should leave the keys (if needed).

It saddens us to say, PKUP will be stopping operation until further notice, due to the health and economic circumstances caused by COVID-19 We’re disappointed to have to take this action, but we remain committed to the health and safety of everyone using PKUP (drivers and riders).... At this stage we are unsure when/if we will begin operating again. But if we do, you can be sure that we'll be back bigger and better than ever!
