11.01.2022 'The Be-You-tiful You' I have always believed in magic, though have never experienced it myself .... until now. I’ve always considered myself to be fit and healthy and have participated in sporting activities most of my life .... netball, aerobics, swimming, trampolining, running, you name it.... As my age crept up on me (I am now 50), mild arthritis did too. I have it throughout my spine and in my fingers. After 6 months observing the magical moments that people shared about the ‘yellow pill’, otherwise known as ‘activation’, I decided to give it a try as I was truly sick of the discomfort in my spine and my fingers and how it played havoc with my continued joy of sporting activities, especially my love of swimming. I am 7 weeks into ‘activation’, which I have now named ‘my magical little gems’ and wholy moly, I feel good! Lsat night I realised just how good I felt whilst swimming my regular swim at my local swimming centre. I have extended my regular 50 laps to 70 with no extra effort and whilst doing so, I was thinking (under water, as I do), when was the last time that I felt so strong. My mind took me back to 1986 when I was 16 when I trained at Pickitts Lock Leisure Centre, London. That’s a whopping 34 years ago! I kid you not, these magical little gems that I take in the morning each day, have taken years off of me! My aches and discomfort in my spine and fingers are slowly but surely disappearing too!
