Anytime there is a level of unknown or uncertainty, it creates a bit of paralysis - totally normal. ... Thing being, the overwhelming majority of buyers still have a reason to buy - a baby is on the way, theyve moved interstate, theyve had a job transfer or they really need to move. Their situation hasnt changed but theres a lot less for them to choose from. Last Sunday alone, in one day we did 208 open homes which ended up in a total of 947 people looking at those homes, which led to 227 private inspections and multiple offers across the entire @placeestateagents group. That conversion rate is out of this world! For realestate.com.au, a standard campaign would usually bring around 2000 views, and from 2000 wed have an average of about 30 inspections. This means the buyers that are looking now are genuine and super keen, theyre ready to act as soon as they see something they like.
