15.01.2022 In the past 6 months weve boarded more than 20 flights. The hardest thing about travelling, is the actual travel. And, jet-lag with kids is just so much worse! So, Ive listed my tips for surviving the inevitable! There are a few things that will make it easier, but overall, just relax and go with the flow. 10.01.2022 We have now been travelling and away from home for more than 200 days! And I have to say its something Im super proud of! Becoming a mother has been the most challenging thing for me both emotionally but also physically. ... There are many things that Im confronted with every day because of my disability... But yet, Ive literally travelled the world with two young kids. And now, what I know for sure... Life doesnt wait for anyone! Happy New Year everyone, may your year ahead be full of joy and happiness
09.01.2022 Venice with kids - initially I thought this was a bad idea! But I am so glad we added this beautiful city to our list of places to see. We managed to manoeuvre stairs, boats, waterways, bridges and everything else in between. Top tips for travelling to Venice with young kids: 1. Take a baby carrier! I use one from Pognae Australia Hipseat Baby Carriers 2. If you're going to take a pram/stroller - be mindful you will need to lift it up and down stairs, so consider investing in a light stroller like the Babyzen Yoyo (you can hire these).
