12.01.2022 || EVERYONE HAS A STORY || Here is our second short film that we are releasing to you all via socials before we lock in some dates to tour the entire documentar...y. Today's THANK YOU goes to Shaine Dupree of Wudinna and his awesome team of supporters for sharing his story. Shaine has been a great advocate for men's mental wellbeing for many years. He actually spoke at the very first opening of the Rotary Men's Wellness Campaign in Wudinna back in 2018, as well attending and supporting other Mentally Fit EP events. We admire Shaine's strength to share his powerful story. His passion for reducing stigma and encouraging men to seek help is inspiring. As stated in the clip, "When you've got a problem, that's something you should be talking about." We agree and can't wait for our vision of mentally fit, connected communities to be the norm in the near future. #reducingstigma Thank you again, Shaine for sharing your story, your experiences and your tips for wellbeing. Thank you to Country SA PHN and SA Health for helping to get this project off the ground, Robert Lang Photography for your vision and enthusiasm, Jason Ramp from West Coast Youth & Community Support for your support and Mark Tipple for your expert guidance! Stay tuned for tour dates for the doco! #everyonehasastorydoco #mentallyfit #mentalfitness #flippingmentalillnessonitshead #mentalhealthiseverybodysbusiness #countrysaphn #sahealth #menshealth #menswellbeing #wudinna

09.01.2022 There are plenty of myths out there about the COVID-19 vaccines Here are the facts! The COVID-19 vaccines are safe despite being developed quickly, and here ...is why: All available resources and efforts have been directed towards finding an effective vaccine, due to the urgency of protecting people from the COVID-19 virus. Unprecedented levels of funding and collaboration between vaccine developers and governments around the world. Technology has evolved to make vaccine development faster than in the past. New technology has allowed researchers to quickly identify the genetic code of the COVID-19 virus, soon after the virus emerged. Clinical trials progress more quickly if a disease is widespread, which is the case for COVID-19. Researchers can evaluate the effect of a vaccine between the unvaccinated and vaccinated groups much sooner than for a rare disease. For more information, please visit: https://bit.ly/3s0eFN9
