24.01.2022 Today’s learning is all about Mast Cell Activation Syndrome. These guys are implicated in so much. Associated with things like like allergies, asthma, migraines, autoimmune diseases, endometriosis, IBS, anxiety, depression and the list goes on. Triggers can be environmental antigens, pathogens, toxins, stress, hormones, microbiome and diet. This is one cool balance!

24.01.2022 Another NK course down! This one was an advanced level course on hormones. These act as chemical messengers with far reaching actions that are essential to the regulation of our physiology and behaviour. 128 hormones, 14 hormonal systems. Specialised balances for the female reproductive system (menstrual cycle, pregnancy, menopause), the male reproductive system, thyroid, thymus, blood/sugar pancreas, adrenals and the list goes on. Amazing stuff

This one is an in depth look at the blood and it’s components, the complement, adaptive and non-specific pathways of the immune system and so much more. This follows on from 2 back to back immune courses I did last month - balancing the different immune pathways, vaccination pathways, allergy pathways and toxicity balances for different bacteria, fungi, parasites, viruses and food additives. Huge amount of information and loving the science behind it all

I’ve been incredibly lucky to be taken in by Sarah, whose mentorship, trust and gift of opportunity has helped me grow so much. Such exciting times ahead. I’m not deserting Plainland though! 05.01.2022 Amazing weekend up the Sunny Coast dog, cat and house sitting while on a body structure course. This course and part 2 next month will have given me balancing techniques and an extensive database of formatting for every muscle, bone, suture, tendon, ligament, fascial train, cartilage, nerve muscle meridian, neurotransmitter receptor, and dermatomes of the body. Structural alignment protocols, eye and middle ear balancing, centring and reactive muscle balancing.
