If you work with your partner You know what I’m talking about ... Here are our 5 top tips that have worked for us over the past 20 years Have separate office spaces and invest in a good pair of headphones. Do a quarterly plan, set your goals and know each other’s responsibilities. Be kind to one another, always. Celebrate when you hit a goal! Laugh. You have to have fun! Bonus Tip! On the days it’s challenging send your partner off to do something they love! I frequently send Jimmy off to play golf It was always our dream to have our own businesses and to work together. So glad dreams really can come true
