02.01.2022 Join our team and be a part of The Push-Up Challenge to raise money and awareness for Lifeline. The aim as a gym is to complete 3,318 Push-Ups in June- that is one push up for every Australian who died by suicide in 2019. As a community we just have to smash out 3,318 together between June 1-25th. You have to register before June 1st to be a pushuperer on our team. However, keep in mind due to public holidays & your designated financial institution the time frame your funds are released may be affected. We will be releasing our 2021 new Urth Training timetable shortly, which will include Spin and kick off early January.
