25.01.2022 Planning for my clients cook for this week. Yes yes yes. I’ll cook meat for my clients if they want it hahahaha. This week we have recipes that I need to use my thermo for - but I’ll just use it in what I call ‘rogue mode’ - and not for a set recipe. ... Excited to test my skills .... not that it’s that hard really... the thermo makes it all too easy !

17.01.2022 Tofu scramble & beans !! Just a delicious energising breakfast. We make this huge to last a few days. ... - 150g firm tofu - 2 cloves of garlic - 8 stalks of coriander (leaves too if you want) - 1/2 teaspoon turmeric - 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander (Blitz all of this in the thermomix or food processor - fry in your pan with some olive oil until just browned and fragrant). - 100g mushrooms - 100g cherry tomato (Blitz in thermo or food processor & add to above mix & cook for 5min) - 4 cans of whatever beans/lentils you want. I did: -brown lentils -black beans -corn -4 bean mix -1 tablespoon of vegetable stock paste - 4 tablespoon of tomato paste - s&p to taste Serving options: GET CREATIVE!!! And think about your health goals. 1: in a rush - eat it out of the pan and dash haha 2: serve on a bed of spinach & top with avo 3: serve on toast with hommus & top with avo 4: serve with a side of air fried sweet potato This is so versatile to just keep this in the fridge - we eat this at any meal. We love it, our 4 year old loves it, our 1 year old loves it.
