That we don’t need excess packaging or the latest fads, but just good quality, pure simple ingredients...whether it be what we put on our bodies, or what we eat. I’ve learned the costs associated with packaging, too - usually much more than the actual product itself. I’ve also learned that people respond to a great simple product and with an ethical message behind it: ours being no chemicals, no palm oil, zero waste. These bars are about to be bevelled by hand one at a time, using a stainless steel blade, which gives them a smooth finish, and eliminates those uncomfortable sharp edges when using the bars during the first washes. Many soaps aren’t hand-bevelled. Boxed or wrapped soaps can hide these little details without you knowing until after you’ve purchased them. It’s caring about the little details that all add up to a great product!
