03.01.2022 In today's The Age, "Rare plants add value, make statement in a garden" by contemporary design specialist Stephen Crafti. Stephen says... "a little investment in the quality of the plants and shrubs scattered around the fringes of a property especially if they are rare ...can pay off handsomely in the long run." Stephen talks to Peter Teese of Yamina Rare Plants, Plant Trust president Stephen Ryan of Dicksonia Rare Plants, and Brigid Robertson of Bolebek in the Macedon Ra...nges. When you’re purchasing rare or unusual plants, it’s not about the price. It’s the pleasure and seeing how they transform a garden, says Brigid, adding that many of her trees and plants are almost irreplaceable. We absolutely agree with Brigid's sentiment.
