24.01.2022 Factory unit fitout. Framed up partion walls and framed down one side and underside of staircase. Next week sheet and set walls with 13mm plasterboard, add acoustic insulation in cavity of partion walls and Hang 2 doors.

23.01.2022 2 bedroom grannyflat finished today in Blaxland. The customer has done a great job in the build design. Ive never seen a building that blends into its surroundings as well as this place does. I were doing major plaster Reno's at his brother house this time 4 years ago, ironically that were the last time I backed the winner and had a win in the Melbourne cup untill Tuesday just gone. Him and his brother have been an absolute pleasure to do work with.

23.01.2022 Another plasterboard box built up to accommodate a gas fireplace inside the wall cavity. Have added a large 1m circle mirror. Mirror, mirror on the plasterboard wall. No need to ask me who the greatest plasterer of them all is. If you need to know hit up the customer Jamie Anderson

19.01.2022 Surprise surprise. Cavity sliding door leading into bathroom. I presume 70% of these installed are done by handymen. Common knowledge for a carpenter or plasterer is to use no fixings that will penetrate into the door cavity. This is a exampleof where the temporary bracing of the cavity slider has been removed however the fixing nails were left behind resulting in the door becoming hard or sticky to open and close and the scratching damage to the door itself.

09.01.2022 Update from current factory fitout job. All but a few pieces of 13mm plasterboard to be finished of in morning then stop in joints install 2 doors then on to the next job. Booking out fast for the Xmas rush so if you need work done call me.

09.01.2022 Quick update on the bathroom/toilet/laundry I demolished to make 1 bathroom. 1200x600 tiles wall and floor, around 9 niches with flush fitting striplights including the 2 in shower. 600x450 set In rainfall showerhead. Roughly 6 wall water jets. 1m X 1m electric Velux skylight. Yet to come is a huge stone bath with floor mounted faucets, custom made vanity, hugs sliding barn door and a rimless black toilet. The only thing I thing missing is floor heating???.

08.01.2022 Todays job. Install 6mm villaboard to laundry and garage walls. No wall tiles so all villaboard had to be set and sanded in the 1 day ready for a painted finish. Also 66mm X 11mm pencil round primed pine skirtings fitted to finish of around wall and floor.

07.01.2022 Factory unit fit out after painting. The owner sent these pics back to me after I did a follow up msg regarding how the job turned out after painting. Needless to say I think the owner was happy with the work I provided.

06.01.2022 Another bathroom done and dusted. Ceiling battened out with 18mm steel furring channels to make level.

04.01.2022 Another skylight completed for C&C Skylight installation. Wasnt the easiest of jobs to reach to the very top of skyight. However where there is a will there is a way.

04.01.2022 Batten outdated feature brick wall and square set outdated archway. Also repaired the correct way someone elses previous attempt at repairing ceiling cracks.

04.01.2022 2 bedroom granny flat/retreat in Blaxland I started last week. Check out those load bearing walls. It's called rammed earth or something, pretty neat aye. Nice timber used also. Design is spot on for the location

02.01.2022 No posts recently because of how flat stick I am. A job I done earlier this week in Cambridge park. Ceilings were battened out with 28mm furring channel and walls were the hardest of hard wood I ever came across. From being a simple detached garage it now has endless opportunities and uses. I dont usually think any of my jobs turn out any better then the other. But It made me take time to stop and take a couple of pics.
