As concerns continue to increase around the uncertainties of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), we would like to assure our customers that our business is currently operating as per usual, and to date there has been no incidence of COVID-19 being reported at Plastix Arncliffe or Plastix Brookvale. Our Management Team is monitoring the developing situation on a daily basis and will ensure our response is timely and in proportion to the level of spread and impact. We will continue to be prepared to action any advice released from both State and Federal authorities. Some measures and procedures we have implemented so far include: - Continual education of staff on prevention measures, including the usage of descriptive and pictorial signage; - The cleansing of surfaces regularly; - Providing hand sanitiser at appropriate points around our store when stock is available, for use of staff and customers alike; - Developing contingency plans in the event that any of our locations are forced to close down temporarily and Providing a temporary protection screen at front counters to ensure safety and wellbeing of customers and staff As Customer Service is our main company value, we will continue to do everything we can to ensure continuity of service to our customers.
