Results take time & to sustain a diet that only consistce of steamed veggies, chicken and rice every day will make it near imposible to stick long term. If you can fit in the foods you love to eat & still get shredded how easy is it gonna be ?
08.01.2022 Stuck in the endless YoYo diet cycle ? Food isn't black and white or good & bad, one meal or workout missed won't destroy your entire progress, consistently doing those things will ! To move forward, accept what's happened and make a conscious effort to get back on track as soon as possible !
