24.01.2022 Soooo the team have an idea... Prepped meals??? We get a container as pictured, fill one compartment with a type of stir-fry.. beef, lamb, pork or chicken. Then the other compartment filled with veggies. ... All the consumer needs to do is go home and whack it all in a pan and add stir-fry sauce of their choice and away you go. 23.01.2022 Wondering what to do for dinner on these cold winter nights? how does slow cooked Moroccan lamb shanks sound? Follow this simple recipe and you will have a perfect meal to warm the hearts of the whole family. Ingredients... 1 tbs olive oil 6 lamb shanks small trimmed 1 brown onion finely chopped 2 carrots coarsely chopped peeled 3 garlic cloves crushed 2 tsp ground cumin 1 tsp ground turmeric 1 tsp sweet paprika 7 cm cinnamon stick 1L Massel* Chicken Style Liquid Stock 600 g sweet potato coarsely chopped peeled 400 g brown lentils drained rinsed 100 g pitted dried dates halved 3 cups couscous cooked 1 bunch fresh coriander *Massel is recommended by our butchers Method In a large frying pan, brown the lamb and transfer to a plate. Add onion, carrot and garlic to the pan and cook for 5 minutes. Add the cumin, turmeric, paprika and cinnamon and stir until aromatic. Place lamb, onion mixture, sweet potato, lentils and dates in the slow cooker. Cook covered on low for 5 hours. Uncover and cook on high for a further 30 minutes. Divide couscous among serving dishes. Top with the lamb and sauce. Sprinkle with coriander leaves to serve.

BMS 6-8 $160 kg 1kg minimum order amount. we can cut to size and vacuum seal each individual steak to give maximum shelf life, to place your order come and see us in store as a $50 deposit will need to be taken. **We will only be ordering it if we get enough orders placed to add up to over 10kg. **if you have placed an order but we don't recieve enough interest to place the order with our supplier then you will be refun...ded your deposit amount. **Wait time once we order it will be minimum 1-2 weeks.
