25.01.2022 Important update regarding new COVID-19 regulations. The Platinum Orthodontics team hope this information finds you safe and well! New regulations have been put in place to keep us all safe, that may effect your upcoming appointments. As of The 1st of April we will be limited to seeing emergency patients only. This means that any regular appointments, consultations & patients starting or ending treatment will unfortunately need to be put on hold until the restrictions are lif...ted. If you have an appointment coming up, we will be in touch to discuss this with you shortly. Just make sure you wash your hands with warm water & soap before & after you place your elastics. Also brush your teeth 3 times a day to keep your mouth nice an healthy. Easy!... 18.01.2022 Here is Dr Gavin Lenz answering one of our most commonly asked questions during the current COVID-19 shutdown. 'What will happen to my/my child's teeth during the shutdown while having orthodontic treatment?' We know this is an uncertain time but rest assured we will always be available to you to answer your questions and concerns. As Dr Lenz mentions, a great way for us to monitor your treatment is for you to send us through some photos or a video of your teeth to [email protected]. Your treating orthodontist will review the photos and we will be in touch with you shortly after.
