22.01.2022 8th January 2021 COVID RESTRICTION UPDATE. Hello everyone, A shock of a morning for everyone here in Brisbane. We understand this a very stressful/disappointing time for everyone who had events planned for this weekend. We send our thoughts to everyone who is affected at this time. ... We are just as shocked as everyone and we have contacted all clients who had bookings for this weekend. As it is very unclear at the moment what the next month will hold we would like to share again our Terms and Conditions around changing and cancelling as we have a lot of questions about it: We need to stand by our policy which means that we can transfer your deposit and help you reschedule your event. The 25% deposit to secure your booking we are not able to refund, but if you have paid anything over your 25% deposit we can refund that if desired. In relation to trading hours, we will be shut for the lockdown and plan to reopen as normal on Tuesday 12th January 2021. We will update you if anything changes. We will be contacting our clients based on the urgency of the booking date. Will will respond to everyone so please be patient at this time. Take care and stay safe, Team Platinum

21.01.2022 ~COVID19 Deposits and Cancellations~ Firstly we would just like to send our deepest sympathy for all our wonderful clients who have had to reschedule their events, we understand this is a very difficult time for everyone involved and our hearts are feeling very heavy. In regards to deposits, we need to stand by our policy which means that we can transfer your deposit and help you reschedule your event. You will be apart of a passionate team who has a keen eye for detail when coordinating - including wedding, festivals, parties and cooperate events. Our creative team aspire to provide personalized and inventive event designs using our hire products for every type of event. You will be in charge of the organization our showroom and storerooms - cleaning, restocking products, and facility upkeep. The role will also have an administration focus, responsible for preparing quotes, database maintenance, preparation and monitoring of upcoming events and a high level of customer service. Although this is a hire company, on request we do undertake various types of event management. You will be required to have a can-do attitude and be someone who can multitask in a high-pressure situation. We have one Permanent part-time position; which could increase to full-time, and one casual role. These job roles will also require someone who is diverse and willing to have a strong social media presence as well as getting out and pursuing work and new clients. You will be required to take care of the business social media accounts to help promote our range of products and share our work of events.
