24.01.2022 Day 1. of 9 I’ve noticed how sensitive souls are more affected by the effects of electromagnetic energies and radiation than others. That simply makes sense to... me. As an empath and sensitive person your range of perception is so much more expanded so this is simple common sense to say that you are more affected by them. I have noticed the awareness of EMF’s goes up as our personal frequencies increase into the more expanded spaces, I have heard and seen #lightworkers, #healers and #starseeds make many comments about this. Along with the changes occurring in our cellular biology as we expand into our crystalline light body our cells can become so much more affected by electromagnetic pollution, which is creating ongoing environmental toxicity. I have experienced these effects personally over the last 12 months and what I have experienced is the break down of immunity due to many more free radicals we are all exposed too. This affect is also arising in what many might think are light body symptoms but they are actually symptoms of toxicity to our cells and are greatly affecting the way they function. This affected me personal through high blood pressure and heart palpitations, weight gain, and adrenal fatigue. Being a natural health practitioner and naturopathic herbalist it was my intention to get to the bottom of what was going on, just as I do for my clients. I’ve come to the conclusion that as well as shifting frequencies very rapidly we are also required to burn off any low frequencies in the way of beliefs, thoughts and emotions that are still blocking our soul light. This feels like a double or even triple whammy for some of us depending how your health over your lifetime. So what can we do to find more balance in our life? The only way that I have found to obtain the greatest relief from any physical destress is through physical cellular detoxification. This creates so much space in the cells, relieves the effects of free radicals caused by so much electromagnetic pollution. Today I am beginning a 9 day liver restoration journey. I had not been able to drop excess weight for so long and I know that the liver is key to every other part of our body to function efficiently. I usually do a detox like this 2 times a year, but because of the shifts, and increase in the Electro smog which continues to rapidly increase with a high tech world I am aiming to undergo more then one cycle of this.
