This opportunity is a perfect for a motivated, committed and enthusiastic person to learn the domestic glass installation trade. Your key responsibilities will be to install showerscreens, mirrors and splashbacks at a variety of residential sites throughout the Melbourne metro area. This sounds straight forward but when you add the complexities of... the various products on offer and the on-site problem solving requirements, there is nothing but a challenging and rewarding opportunity for the right candidate. When not attending an installation job, youll also be undertaking varied tasks such as manufacturing showerscreens, mirrors and wardrobes. THE CRITERIA To succeed and be considered for this opportunity, youll be passionate and driven to succeed within the industry as well as have the following proven competencies and experiences: Great with people and great with your hands. Heavy lifting of glass must be physically fit Previous experience in a trade environment using power tools. Proven ability to problem solve and think on the fly. Solid stable work history. A current Victorian drivers licence Proven work ethic where you have been reliable, punctual and professional at all times.
