22.01.2022 Did you know that the Tasmanian Pademelon is the largest of 7 Pademelon species? These stocky little creatures are common in Tasmania, and have a reputation for their impressive appetite - 4-5 Pademelon can eat as much as a 50kg sheep! #FactFriday : @vulpeszerda2007 on Instagram

20.01.2022 Happy World Endangered Species Day! Today were taking a look at one of Tasmanias Endangered species, the Eastern Quoll. Eastern Quolls were declared extinct on Mainland Australia in 1963, with the population now existing solely in Tasmania. These opportunistic little carnivores feed mostly on insects, but can be found feeding on carrion on or beside the roads at night. Eastern Quoll populations are decreasing due to a variety of factors including predators such as feral c...ats, habitat loss, and vehicles. Like the Eastern Quoll, many of Tasmanias iconic wildlife are most active at night, so remember to watch out for our wildlife when travelling through our gorgeous state. @vulpeszerda2007 #endangeredspeciesday

20.01.2022 Our Echidnas are practicing social distancing for when our visitors return! Keep up the good work, well be back to normality soon and cant wait to see you when we reopen! Watch this space
