04.01.2022 Now is the time to think of all the jobs to do, be ready for when it stops raining. Replace decking with wet rot or dry rot, & check the boards under it. I just had a chap here & he will coat his decking before laying it down, such a good idea. It helps to preserve the whole board. ( especially the fresh cut ends )
