15.01.2022 HAPPY NEW YEARS & COCKTAIL FIVE: BLOODY MARY Ingredients: - 100ml vodka - 500ml tomato juice - 1tbs lemon juice... - A few shakes of Worchestershire sauce & tabasco - Pinch of pepper - 2 celery sticks - Sliced lemon Pop the ice in a large jug. Mix the vodka, tomato juice and lemon juice together and pour it straight onto the ice. Add a few shakes of Worcestershire sauce and Tabasco (depending on how much kick you want) and a pinch of pepper. Stir then strain the cocktail into 2 tall glasses. (4 servings) Ingredients: - 1/2 cup fresh passionfruit pulp... - 500g watermelon flesh - 1/4 cup lime juice - 120ml silver tequila - 60ml orange liqueur To Serve: - 1 cup ice - 4 slices of watermelon - 1 lime cut into a wedge - 1 pinch of salt Instructions: 1. Blend watermelon flesh until very smooth 2. Add watermelon juice, passionfruit pulp. lime juice, tequila & orange liqueur to a jug with a handful of ice. Stir well! 3. Pour salt onto a small plate to 1/2 depth, run a lime wedge around the rim of glass & dip immediately into the salt. Fill the salt-rimmed glass with ice, repeat lime, and salt rim with remaining glasses 4. Ingredients:... - Pineapple Nectar: 500g tinned pineapple chunks & 2tbs coconut sugar - 10 mint leaves - 1/2 lime cut into 3 wedges - 1/4 cup pineapple chunks fresh - 1-2tbs pineapple nectar - 2tbs white rum - 1/2 cup ice crushed - 1/2 cup sparkling mineral water - Mint leaves to garnish Instructions: 1. Pineapple Nectar: place pineapple chunks & sugar into a food processor & process until liquefied. (You can store this in a jar for up to 5 days or freeze in ice trays). 2. For the mojitos, place the mint, lime & pineapple into a glass & muddle using the end of a wooden spoon. Macerate the ingredients together until well combined 3.
