20.01.2022 It's hot.... tomorrow's predicted to be hotter! Time for ICE , ICE BABY Pop some water in the freezer tonight. Chinese food containers, ice trays, tupperware, balloons. Tomorrow put them all in a big tray with some water and play whilst keeping your cool :)

19.01.2022 Dashboard temp reached 46C driving home from school this arvo. So tired cranky kids are being refreshed with a cool bath, aqua colour, a dash of lavender and a splash of magnesium. Popped some spa relaxation music on and they are happy within minutes :) Took them in a glass of ice water with fruit on the side like a holiday drink! #hot #tired #refresh #spa #relaxation #kids #aqua #magnesium #lavender #moody

17.01.2022 EVERY DAY 1400 children under 5 die, simply because the don't have access to clean water! Picture your child's class... (30 kids) now picture 46.5 classrooms full.... that many children under 5 are dying every day from water related illnesses!! Incredible. 09.01.2022 Sight words with paint and cotton buds. I'd love to say it was done happily but this afternoon nothing was happy in my house :( everyone was grumpy and even trying to make learning fun was a flop! Trent threw a cotton bud in anger and it went on Emma's homework. Oh well, some days are just like that! Hope this works better for you

I'll be honest with you, I'm finding the whole parenting gig rather difficult at the moment. 06.01.2022 I haven't posted for a while but had to share this yummy recipe. If you want chocolate this Easter without the calories this is for you! I made this for my kids to take to school instead of eggs. Fizzy Popping Choc Milk Bath Salts ... (I didn't measure, just poured and mixed) Cocoa Milk Powder Salt (Normal or Epsom) Bi Carb Citric Acid (This one had popping candy and sprinkles just for extra effect but not necessary, also added a drop of caramel oil for smell.)
