25.01.2022 PlayConnect in the South is on every Monday from 12.15 at the Goodwood Community Centre, during school terms. On Monday the 28th June we have Roger from Autism Tasmania visiting to deliver an informal information workshop on helping your child progress/transition into the school system - a really big challenge for so many families and their children. We would love to meet new families at PlayConnect. If you feel a little awkward or shy coming along to a new group, please feel free to bring a friend, partner or family member. :)

Things to remember - new families are always welcome Playgroups are for babies too - there will always be a safe space for your baby you can go to as many playgroups as you like and you do not have to live in that area Playgroups are a great place to make new friends and have some grown up conversation!

There are some who think play is an 'optional extra' in a child's world. Nothing could be further from the truth. A species that evolved THROUGH play, whose very brain, body, psyche and spirit were actually SHAPED through the playing, requires play to unfold all that potential inherent. That's why all well children play - unless they are wooed out of their 'natural occupation' by a screen - but that is another story. 01.01.2022 It’s the last week of Playgroup! Tomorrow is the last session of Playgroup for this term before school holidays starts! We only run during the school terms, and... will be returning Monday October 12th for our final term of 2020. Bubzplay will also be changing from Tuesday 10:30am-11:30am to Wednesday 10:30am-12pm - just in time for C3’s Wednesday service. So, first Bubzplay session back will be Wednesday October 14th.
