12.01.2022 Today 9.30am-11am: Child's Play: Great Book Swap - come and take part in The Great Book Swap in aid of the Indigenous Literacy Foundation. We invite kids to bring a favourite book to the Play Pod and swap it with someone else’s, in exchange for a gold coin donation.
09.01.2022 Today 12.30pm-2pm: Meet the Creators of the Play Pod - Scott Carver and the Hoyne team. The Play Pod comes from a collaboration between two leaders in design thinking and placemaking. They recognised that Sydney, like any metropolis, has many odd-shaped vacant spaces dotted around the city. The question was, "how can these spots be put to better use for the community?" Come down to the Play Pod to see it in action and learn how it came to life from the creators.
