25.01.2022 TESTIMONIAL There are not enough thank you’s I can say to you Linda that would express how I feel. You have made us feel so welcome from day one. When looking for a daycare for Austin back when he was only 2 yrs old (!) I wanted a small family run Centre that was just like home and I found it. I drove past on my way to work one day and came and had a tour and I didn’t regret it.... You are an exceptional Manager with your friendly hello’s at the door each morning, to your cuddly goodbyes in the afternoon, Austin has just loved his time at Play’s Kool. We have adored all of the Educators over the years, especially Jess. We love how education is incorporated into fun and play. Thanks to the amazing cook Dewi, I always know Austin will be getting a delicious and nutritious meal every time, served up with her love for the children. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for taking care of our affectionate, mischievous Austin! You and your staff have cared for him like part of the family and we leave today with a tear in our eye, but know he will be ready for Kindy because of you all. We leave with such great memories of our time spent at Play’s Kool. Thank you - Carmel

07.01.2022 Learning how to be a good friend Building relationships in early childhood helps children learn... How to be sensitive to the viewpoint of others... How to use standard rules of conversation What constitutes as age appropriate behaviour Creates a sense of belonging and security and reduces stress Psychologists believe that childhood friendships help contribute to a child’s quality of life and ability to adapt to change within their environments That’s why childcare can be such a hugely positive part of a child’s early learning. The opportunities for social connectivity and relationship building outside of the immediate (or extended) family is wonderful for children’s growth and development
