24.01.2022 To all our friends at the shop. We recently heard that construction on the roof etc had been planned at our centre. We have just found out this week that construction to replace the roof will be starting first thing Monday morning. There will be scaffolding in front of all of the shops and they are also being boarded off. All front parks will be unavailable. Apparently there will be a boarded off entrance into our shop and a small hall like walk way to get to the other shops. As you can imagine Rod & I are panicking big time. The construction could possibly go for 8wks. I guess all we can say is we will be open no matter how bad it looks outside. We still have staff to look after. Sorry for any inconveniences this may cause.

24.01.2022 Just a heads up guys. Our awesome bakery next door is doing some you beaut Reno’s at the moment and will re-open next Tuesday. Cannot wait to see the final results. From what I’ve been told it’s going to be flash as . So in the meantime we have been getting in early and cooking up a storm for everyone. Phew today we did 150+ burgers toasties etc etc. Tomorrow we will do it all again. Bring it onnnn but hurry up next Tuesday as I miss my sausage rolls from the bakery

21.01.2022 12yrs ago today we took the chance and bought the shop. What a ride it has been. We’ve met so many beautiful people who we call our friends. We’ve been through ups and downs you wouldn’t believe but we still smile everyday. Thankyou to our beautiful team members for always trying your best . Here’s to another year or 2

20.01.2022 Feeling very GRATEFUL to have such awesome staff. Doing my usual Sunday book work and had a phone call (aaooo). A lovely lady wanted to let me know how amazing her hamburger and bacon & egg roll was. She complimented our lovely Mikayla and Regina and couldn’t speak more highly of them. We are so lucky to have our crew and appreciate them all for all of their hard work. You guys ROCK

Helen, Stace and kids have been working hard spreading the love for people to read. Awesome work and I’m proud to say these 2 ladies work for us. They both have massive hearts. We will leave some chalk out and please feel free to add more positive thoughts

05.01.2022 Brisket rolls sold out by 10am. Might have to make them a regular Monday treat I’m thinking. One young Ergon worker told us it was absolutely amazing and thanked us for such an awesome roll
