24.01.2022 Army Awards night went really well with over 40 young people in attendance with 2 young people also winning the computers

17.01.2022 The Army Resilient camp awards night will be held this Friday 13th Nov 2020 at Plaza from 6pm-9pm, please contact staff at Plaza Tues-Thurs for more information, this is an opened Drop In session so all young people aged 8-17 years are their families are welcome.

16.01.2022 Jon turned 14 years old during the Army camp, Army chefs made him his favourite mud cake, it was as big as the table, and was shared with the kids and the young Army people, a young person played happy birthday on his guitar whilst we all song happy birthday

15.01.2022 Reminder, Plaza is holding the Army Resilient Awards Night, finally, Friday 13th from 6pm-9pm at Centre (9 Colebrook St), all participants that went on the Army Resilient Camp will receive something so don't miss out, BBQ and munchies will be available, this is an open Drop In session so all young people aged between 8-17 years can attend, regards Joanne Jones



14.01.2022 Exciting news, Plaza Youth Centre's plans for its extension (Reception and Interview Room) are finalised and we are preparing to build thanks to RAW SA (ADEL) and McMullen's (Whyalla) who have partnered up to help Plaza Youth Centre with this project, RAW SA will conduct the training courses (with certificates) such as the Work Ready Course, White Course will be available whilst McMullens will build and train young people. See attached the building plans

05.01.2022 Over 10 young people turned up on Wed for the Youth Network Leadership Group, the sessions will be held weekly, every Wed from 3pm-6pm at Plaza. Young people had their Special Meeting and have planned activities to be held during their Christmas Break-Up Drop In session.
