22.01.2022 Today, two PLC Armidale teams competed in the Hutchinson and Harlow School Teams Triathlon race. Our Junior team of Lola, Amelia and Nylah were the youngest in their event but definitely didn't let that bother them, rounding out an excellent time. Our Senior girls - Emily, Kaylee and Chiyo - competed in the Year 7-9 girls event, coming 2nd overall.... 22.01.2022 TIME CHANGE This morning we made the decision that due to the wind and rain which is forecast for this coming Friday 13 November, our Garden Soiree will be moved in to the Astra Arts Centre and will now start from 7pm. We appreciate that this time may no longer suit some guests who have already registered to attend, so we will also be live streaming the event for those who would prefer to watch from home. We will send a link out in the coming days.

13.01.2022 We have so many individual high achievers in a range of both sporting and creative fields here at PLC Armidale Recent highlights have been Piper Starr and Catie Alcorn competing in the Armidale City Gymnastics grading competition achieving outstanding results with Piper winning gold in all her events and gold overall. Congratulations girls!! Jorja Power and Charlie Lamaro both competed in the ARC Dressage Championships on the weekend with Jorja winning her open d...ivision events and being named Champion Small Tour rider. What an achievement! Dance in PLC Armidale is growing in popularity and we have some beautifully talented dancers in our cohort. Congratulations to Annabel Kaberry who completed her grade 5 dance exam with honours. An exceptional result and it's so wonderful to see our girls excel in a growing subject area that we offer And we had 4 girls participate in the recent Armidale Fun Run - Chiyo Brown, Amelia Van der Werf, Teya Catterall and India Smith with Chiyo being the first female out of 38 to cross the line. Fast forward 15 years to our Year 5 trip to Lake Ainsworth in 2020 and Millie and Mrs Vanzella are back on camp together, only this time it is as co-workers and not as teacher/student. 05.01.2022 There were some very excited young ladies in our Junior School yesterday when the Armidale Fire Brigade came to visit. From Pre-Kinder to Year 6, the girls learnt all about fire safety and even got to watch a kitchen fire simulation.
