20.01.2022 And we’re back baby! In line with the eased restrictions, we are happy to welcome you all back though our doors from 5:15am tomorrow - Sessions to run as normal! Of course our community’s health and safety is our biggest priority, therefore the following guidelines will be adhered to: - Masks MUST be work upon arrival and departure of the gym AND during workout - Social distancing measures will be enforced ... - Bookings are ESSENTIAL - Thorough cleaning of equipment and gym space will be conducted after each session and each day Just a reminder that if youre feeling unwell, please stay at home
