25.01.2022 GREAT NEWS - the South Coast is open for business. The RFS has given the all clear for tourists to return to Batemans Bay and surrounding areas. We have decided to lift our "no pets policy" for the remainder of January for our pet friendly cabin and all camping and caravan sites. We are also offering a post fire special of stay for 3 pay for 2 or stay for 7 pay for 5. Our park is ready for all of you to come and visit. Hopefully the Kings Highway between Canberra and Batemans Bay will be re-opening in the coming week. Phone our friendly staff on 02 4472 4258 to enquire

16.01.2022 Linda here again. The park is in one piece, and all of the family & staff are safe & well. We have really dodged a bullet over the last week or so, but not completely out if the woods yet. We need a lot of rain to put this monster fire out. Power out again.

14.01.2022 Hi all. We are back up & running welcoming our first out of town guest today since NYE - repeat guests that are here for family reasons. We are working through all the emails & getting back to you all as soon as we can. Please be patient with us as we are doing the best we can. Also Scrumptious Restaurant will reopen on Friday night- we recommend you book if you want a sit down meal.

13.01.2022 Please be assured that everybody at Pleasurelea is safe. It was a bit scary for a while on Tuesday, but we were not directly impacted by the fires at all. We are doing everything we can to keep all our guests safe.

03.01.2022 Power to the park has been restored. Also be aware that these updates are coming from Linda from our reception desk from my home in Moruya, so not able to pass on messages to people in the park. I was at the park this morning to ensure that those who were leaving knew which roads were open & the best route for them. I will do the best I can in the coming days to keep the updates coming.
