03.01.2022 The latest job is installing lighting to a newly constructed front path on a home in Glen Iris. Overhead lighting was ruled out as being excessive. Weatherproof LED strip is being installed along the underside of the step tread. Aluminium angle provides a clean surface for the strip to adhere to and also acts as a heat sink for the LED chips. 12 Volt motion sensors will be installed at each end of the path to provide automatic activation of the lighting when a person approaches the steps..
