10.01.2022 I read today that the recommended water intake per day is atleast 1L of water for every 30kg of body weight and thought to myself. I'm really not drinking enough water :( It is my mission to reach this goal as it not only helps with weight loss, but it reduces fatigue, bloating, boosts energy and all over improves your health! How much water can you drink? and who's got some nifty tricks to help you not notice that your drinking water?
